SVETI KLEMENT - PAKLENI ISLANDS - HVAR
Welcome to Sveti Klement, the largest island in the Pakleni Islands archipelago. Pakleni islands are located southwest of the town of Hvar, the pearls of the Adriatic Sea and the sunniest island in the Mediterranean.
Due to its natural beauty and history, Pakleni Islands have been declared a protected nature park. Sveti Klement is a hidden gem, a small picturesque place with about 20 houses and a chapel dating back to the 16th century. There are also the remains of a Roman villa from the 2nd century BC that have settled in Soline bay because of its healing mud that is used as medicine by the locals when their backs hurt after fishing up to this day.
It is in this bay of Soline where a traditional konoba/guesthouse Paradiso is settled, with a beautiful view of Dobri otok. This island keeps us from the winds and is a perfect shelter for sailors and everyone else who enjoys the beauties of untouched nature.
