There are four accommodation units: two two-bedroom units (four beds), ideal for a family or a group of friends and two single bedrooms, ideal for singles or couples.
Each of our rooms has a balcony with a beautiful sea view, bathroom with a toilet and a shower.
In order for our guests to rest as much as possible and enjoy the sun and the sea, we can prepare food for you. You can order breakfast, lunch or dinner, a bottle of wine or natural lemonade, whenever you want. We also offer accommodation services with breakfast, semi-board and full board.
Since there is no electricity or water on the island, the house is completely self-sustaining. We get hot water and electricity from solar collectors. Water is collected during the winter months in a cistern under the tennis court. Water on the island is the greatest treasure, so please treat it with great care and responsibility!
All our guests can use the tennis court next to the house completely free of charge.
In our immediate vicinity you can find solitary coves and beaches where you can enjoy complete privacy. There is also a larger beach where you can rent a sun lounger, have a juice or a cocktail.
For the sporty types, we have a tennis court and multiple trails through the beautiful bays of St. Clement where you can walk or run. One of these trails leads to Palmižana, a fashionable place where you can enjoy a night out and party until the morning.
Since there are no shops nearby, you are free to come with us when we go to the town of Hvar for our daily purchase. You can buy whatever you need, enjoy sightseeing in the beautiful town of Hvar or just take a speedboat ride past the Pakleni Islands.
In case you don't feel like going anywhere off the island - which is perfectly understandable to us - we can do the shopping for you.
