It is these words of Marcel Proust from The Search for Lost Time that best describe our family/restaurant philosophy - the search for lost menus and dishes cooked by our grandmothers, which take us back to our childhood. All our food and side dishes are traditional, exactly as they have been served on Dalmatian tables for centuries. Therefore, our ingredients are also fresh, local and seasonal. The fish is from the Adriatic sea, the meat is organic and fruits and vegetables come from a small family farm. Our grilled dishes are prepared on wood, scented with wild rosemary dipped in olive oil. The wines are local, produced by the passion of small and medium-sized winemakers, some of whom boast the prestigious Decanter Prize.
